Goshawk on the Ridge

Friends, wow!! wordpress has had the gallery format for a while but i am a slow learner and just discovered how to use it, this format allows you to click on either image and you can view a full sized image and by clicking on the side arrows, you can advance thru the two images in this post.  Cooool, If you wish to return to the post, there is a small x in the upper left hand corner, I know this took me a while to find too.  This is an immature goshawk the largest of the Accipiter family that passes over Hawk Ridge on the fall migration.   I love the details of her face and the intense stare.  The flight shot shows her beautiful banded tail and under wing details. til Tomorrow MJ
